Utterly bad experience with FoxSky.

I made the payment on 02/01/2024 and the product got delivered on 05/01/2024.

On the website they have promised a lot of features though the reality is totally different:
🔸There's no Google Voice Assistant (they use a cheap version of it that does not even register your voice).
🔸Crome cast does not work with most smartphones.
🔸The television lags a lot(more than smartphones).
🔸It does not support 5G band internet at all!!
They are running a complete and total scam as the features that they have promised on their website are not present in their television.
For many days, they did not even register my complaint and kept on misleading me with false promises of a call back from their senior. Nothing happened, now they are telling me there's no refund/return policy at their company.
I mean how is that even possible, it's like they want people to purchase their outdated televisions and get stuck with them. Not sure how many people they have looted this way. It's so sad to see that even in 2024 people are running such scams and cheating customers.
Half the features from this screenshot are not present in their television.

Their so called smart TV is not smart at all!
It's not only their products that mislead you, their support team is equally apt at doing that.
Even if you'll call them several times they won't pick up, in some rare instance if they do so, their representatives are so delusional and outdated they do not know anything about their products, services and T&Cs, they ask you to hold the line for 20 or more minutes, even then they don't share anything useful.
Today a technician was supposed to visit our premises to check and talk about their *smart tv*, No one showed up, we tried to call their numbers several times, sent messages through WhatsApp, again no response from these people.
I'm not sure if anything is going to happen at all? Or is it that these guys are just wasting my time and waiting for a month or so to get over, so that they can tell us "since so much time has passed we can't take back the product now?*
Someone better reach out to me asap and give an update, or else I'll be forced to take this case of misleading and harassment to the *Consumer Court*!!
And all of you should think twice before purchasing their articles, in case any of you noticed, yes they do not have a return and refund procedure YET!! It's all ❌ flags for these people.

This is regarding the delivery of (Skywall 40SW-Google With Voice Assistant Full HD Smart LED TV - 102 cm (40 inches) on order ID ( 1061)which was ordered on 03.01.2023, Invoice No: 2501 Dated 04.01.2023. The product was delivered on 13.01.2023, which we didn't open immediately. We waited for the installation technicians and they came today, that's on the 14th. Once the technician opened the package, the TV Screen was found to be broken (Complaint ID:- SKY202301146760).
I made the payment on 03.01.2023 and a defective product was received on 13.01.2023 the mail regarding is trail below dated 14.01.2023 time 5.26pm, in the mail I specified about refund if the delivery is delayed on 16.01.2023 i got replacement confirmation call from your representative Mr.Sudheesh(1111) who assured a delivery within Friday ie on 20.01.2023. After that i didn't get any update so i cald on nxt monday ie on 23.01.2023, one Mr.Abhishek attended the call, he was rather rude and ill mannered about my concern and promised me the final date of delivery as 26.01.2023, which was also confirmed in the trailing mail.ie on 23.01.2023. So I have waited for the product for above 30days. Finally i received a LED Tv which was totally different from what i ordered. i contacted customer service no one reponded.
